It a shame as the meal deals are good and the chips are amazing, but service does not match. I have ordered a few times now and there have been several mistakes. Incorrect pizza toppings, Incorrect parmo toppings, missed drinks and tonight wrong drinks. Luckily driver had not left yet and managed to change It to the correct one. Delivery times are also inconsistent. Tonight I had to wait 1hr 40mins. I called the shop to see where is was, they said it was out and would be there in 5 mins. 20 minutes later I got the message to say it was out for delivery.

Usually our favourite but quality has dropped. Received a burnt pizza, chip portions have halved. Delivery driver constantly taking order to wrong address and disturbing elderly neighbours. Not sure we will use anymore.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery of cold soggy pizza and garlic bread, chips were awful, looked like old potatoes as were black, hence it all went in the bin. This was the worst takeaway I've had from this establishment, total waste of my money. Safe to say won't be ordering again!

We ordered a pizza and parmo - The base of the pizza was extremely soft and doughy, which is the only criticism I have. Otherwise, the pizza sauce and cheese was lovely. The parmo and chips were beautiful! best ive had in a long time will definitely order again!

Disappointed as we love the food from here, it’s lovely. Unfortunately the order arrived wrong, rang them up no apology just that they’d send the missing items out waited 40 minutes. Rest of the food was cold by the time it came.
